Travel
I’ve always described myself as a homebody. But when the time is right, I love exploring new places and meeting new people. Most of the time I travel to spend more time with family and friends. I love having new experiences, but mostly I enjoy seeing aspects of residents’ daily life. For me, it’s interesting to view how other people live, especially in widely differing societies.

Photography
I love finding beauty in everyday life and in the unexpected. Photography has been an ongoing passion for me. My subjects have ranged from nature, all the way to metropolitan powerhouses. But lately I’ve been enjoying taking pictures of people. I love making people feel beautiful and confident through my photography. I’m so grateful that photography has made me feel the same way.
Art
I’ve always been a fan of the so-called “cult classics” of art history, and I love that every piece of art tells a story. When I look at these classics, I imagine them telling a different story. And that story includes rubber ducks. I wondered what these intense and serious paintings would look like if they were replaced with a mere childhood bath toy. And that’s what I love about creating art, you can transform it to be anything you want.
My renditions of “the girl with the pearl earring”, “Washington crossing the Delaware”, and iconic NYC structures as rubber ducks.
